  • Resume Data: When you upload your PDF resume, we extract its text content solely to generate personalized interview questions. Resume data is processed in memory and is not stored on our servers.
  • Voice Audio: During your interview, your voice is streamed in real-time to our AI voice service for transcription and conversation. Audio is processed live and is not recorded or stored.
  • Interview Transcript: The text of your conversation is temporarily held in your browser to generate your Feedback Report. Transcripts are not stored on our servers after your session ends.
  • Browser Storage: We use localStorage to remember if you have completed onboarding. This is a single flag and contains no personal information.
  • Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment is processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide our AI interview service, we use the following third-party providers:

  • VAPI — Voice AI orchestration (coordinates our real-time interview system)
  • ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech (generates the interviewer's voice)
  • Deepgram — Speech-to-text (transcribes your spoken responses)
  • OpenAI — AI model (powers the interviewer's questions and responses)
  • Google Gemini — AI model (generates your Feedback Report)
  • Google Fonts — Typography (delivers fonts used on this website)
  • Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing (handles all payment transactions securely)

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies if you have specific concerns about how they handle data.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

  • Generating personalized interview questions based on your resume
  • Facilitating real-time AI interview conversations
  • Creating your personalized Feedback Report
  • Processing payments through Lemon Squeezy (when you make a purchase)

4. Data Sharing and Sales

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

Your resume content and interview data are never shared with employers, recruiters, or marketing organizations. Data is only shared with the AI service providers listed above, solely for the purpose of delivering the interview experience.

5. Data Retention

  • Resume Data: Processed in memory during your session only. Not stored on our servers.
  • Voice Audio: Streamed in real-time and not recorded or stored.
  • Interview Transcript: Held in your browser session only. Lost when you close or refresh the page.
  • Feedback Reports: Generated and displayed in your browser. We recommend saving or copying your report immediately.

6. International Data Transfer

Concisai is operated from India. Our AI service providers (VAPI, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, Deepgram) are based in the United States. By using Concisai, you consent to your data being processed in the United States by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request information about data we process about you
  • Request deletion of your data (note: we do not store personal data long-term)
  • Clear your browser localStorage to reset preferences
  • Contact us with any privacy-related concerns

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1. Description of Service

Concisai provides an AI-powered mock interview platform. Users upload their resume, participate in a simulated voice interview with our AI interviewer, and may purchase a detailed Feedback Report analyzing their performance.

2. Important Disclaimer

Concisai is a simulation tool for practice purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, job offers, or interview success.

Our service is designed to help you practice and improve your interview skills. Performance in our mock interviews does not predict or guarantee outcomes in actual job interviews. Success in real interviews depends on many factors outside our control.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Concisai, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your uploaded resume
  • Use the service for its intended purpose of interview practice
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or misuse our platform
  • Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload (your resume). The Feedback Report and all other materials generated by Concisai remain our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use your Feedback Report for your own private purposes.

5. Payment and Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.
  • Payment is processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.
  • You will receive access to your Feedback Report immediately upon successful payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concisai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on Concisai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase a Feedback Report, you receive instant access to your personalized analysis. Because this digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refunds for completed purchases.

2. Exception: Technical Failures

We will consider a refund request only in the following circumstance:

Technical Failure: If, due to a technical error on our end, your Feedback Report is not generated or delivered after payment, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund under this exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the content or quality of the Feedback Report
  • Inability to achieve desired interview outcomes
  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., microphone problems, browser issues)
  • Failure to complete the interview session
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (please contact us immediately if this occurs)

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the technical failure exception:

  2. Include your order number or payment confirmation
  3. Describe the technical issue you experienced
  4. Submit your request within 7 days of purchase

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks for legitimate purchases may result in your account being suspended.
